Coloreku - Privacy Policy

The short version

Coloreku is an iPhone and iPad game built by Marcello Gonzatto Birkan under the Mellofattura brand. It is a colour logic puzzle: fill the empty pieces so that no colour repeats in a row or a column.

The short version: the game has no account and no server. Your sessions, your progress and your preferences are kept on your own device, and nothing you play is sent to us.

What the app keeps on your device

Coloreku stores your game sessions, the phases you have unlocked and completed, your statistics — wins, moves, play time and best times — and your preferences, which are "Color first", "Simple symbols" and whether you have already seen the introduction. Sessions and progress use SwiftData, in a store inside the app's own container; the preferences use the system's preference storage.

In the version described by this policy the app makes no network requests at all. None of that information reaches Mellofattura servers or any third party, because the app has nowhere to send it.

Permissions

Coloreku asks for no system permissions. It does not use the camera, photos, microphone, location, contacts or notifications, and it declares no permission prompts.

What we don't do

• No account, no login
• No in-app purchases or subscriptions in this version
• No data sold or shared with third parties

Apple's own system services remain governed by your settings and by Apple's own policies.

Retention and deletion

What the app saves stays on your device until it is removed. Deleting the app deletes the data it stored locally:

1. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage
2. Find Coloreku
3. Tap "Delete App"

Device backups and restores are controlled by operating system settings and services, and may preserve copies of app data. Coloreku does not run a cloud sync service of its own.

This website and support

This page is part of the Mellofattura website, which is a different thing from the app and has its own practices. The site carries no analytics tool and sets no tracking cookies; it is hosted on Vercel, which processes ordinary request data such as IP addresses in order to serve and protect it.

If you write to us — by email or through the contact form — we receive what you chose to send, delivered by our email provider, and use it to answer you. That is support correspondence, not data collected by the game.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when the app or its data practices change. New features, such as purchases, an account or remote processing, are assessed before release and reflected here when needed. Changes are posted on this page with a new updated date.
