Coloreku - Privacy Policy

The short version

Coloreku is an iPhone and iPad game built by Marcello Gonzatto Birkan under the Mellofattura brand. It holds two logic puzzles: the colour one, where no colour repeats in a row or a column, and "One sprout per bed", where every row, column and bed gets exactly one sprout.

The short version: the game has no account, and your games never leave your device. Your progress and preferences stay with you. The network only comes into it because of the Full Garden purchase, which Apple and RevenueCat handle as described below.

What the app keeps on your device

Coloreku stores your game sessions, the phases you have unlocked and completed in both modes, the stars and best times of the beds journey, the daily beds you have solved, your statistics (wins, moves, play time and best times) and your preferences, such as "Color first", "Automatic dots", "Simple symbols" and whether you have already seen the introduction. It also remembers whether the Full Garden is unlocked, so the game stays open without an internet connection. Sessions and progress use SwiftData, in a store inside the app's own container; the preferences use the system's preference storage.

None of that is sent to Mellofattura servers or to any third party.

Purchases

Coloreku is free to download and has a single in-app purchase, the Full Garden. Payment is made and processed by Apple, through the App Store. We never see your name, your email or your card details.

To validate the purchase and unlock the content, the app uses RevenueCat, a service of RevenueCat, Inc. When you open the app, buy or restore, RevenueCat receives:

• an anonymous identifier generated by the app, not tied to your name or your email
• the app's purchase history from the App Store
• technical device data, such as the model, the system version and the store country

That data keeps the app working (knowing whether the Full Garden is unlocked on this device) and feeds aggregate sales metrics. It is not used to track you across apps and it is not sold. RevenueCat handles it under the RevenueCat privacy policy.

Coloreku was a paid app before it went free. So that anyone who bought the paid version keeps everything unlocked, the app reads the original App Store transaction (AppTransaction) on the device, which tells it the version you first downloaded. That check happens with Apple, and its result is not sent to us.

Network

The app only uses the network to buy and restore the Full Garden. When it opens, it asks the App Store for the price and checks with RevenueCat whether the purchase is active; when you buy or restore, it confirms the purchase. The game works offline: without a connection you keep playing everything already unlocked.

Permissions

Coloreku asks for no system permissions. It does not use the camera, photos, microphone, location, contacts or notifications, and it declares no permission prompts.

What we don't do

• No analytics tools
• No ads
• No cross-app tracking
• No third-party SDKs other than RevenueCat, used only for the purchase
• No account, no login
• No subscriptions
• No data sold

Apple's own system services, such as the App Store and sharing, remain governed by your settings and by Apple's own policies. When you share a daily bed result, you decide what is sent and where.

Retention and deletion

What the app saves stays on your device until it is removed. Deleting the app deletes the data it stored locally:

1. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage
2. Find Coloreku
3. Tap "Delete App"

Deleting the app does not undo the Full Garden purchase. It stays on your Apple Account, and you can restore it when you install the app again.

Device backups and restores are controlled by operating system settings and services, and may preserve copies of app data. Coloreku does not run a cloud sync service of its own.

This website and support

This page is part of the Mellofattura website, which is a different thing from the app and has its own practices. The site carries no analytics tool and sets no tracking cookies; it is hosted on Vercel, which processes ordinary request data such as IP addresses in order to serve and protect it.

If you write to us, by email or through the contact form, we receive what you chose to send, delivered by our email provider, and use it to answer you. That is support correspondence, not data collected by the game.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when the app or its data practices change. New features, such as an account or remote processing, are assessed before release and reflected here when needed. Changes are posted on this page with a new updated date.
