Prandial - Terms of Use

Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. By downloading or using Prandial, you agree to both.
What Prandial provides
Prandial photographs a restaurant menu, reads its text, and ranks dishes against your diet, allergens, restrictions, nutrition targets, and what is left of your day.
Not medical or nutritional advice
Prandial does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Its calorie figures are broad estimated ranges inferred from menu text and will often be wrong. Do not use them to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any condition.
Allergen and restriction flags are advisory. They can miss ingredients and can flag dishes unnecessarily. Never rely on Prandial for safety. Always confirm ingredients and preparation directly with the restaurant. You are responsible for what you choose to eat.
Apple Health
HealthKit access is optional and read-only. The app uses today's dietary energy and macronutrient totals only to personalize its estimates. See the Privacy Policy for details.
License
Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Prandial on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's rules and the Standard EULA. You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where the law expressly permits it.
Purchase, billing, and refunds
Prandial is a one-time purchase. Apple handles payment, billing, and refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Mellofattura cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Requirements
Prandial requires an iPhone running iOS 26. Ranked recommendations require Apple Intelligence. Without Apple Intelligence, the app can still read a menu and apply diet and allergen filters, but ranking is unavailable.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the app. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that every result will be complete or accurate.
